Donan Engineering listens when our clients speak! We understand that there is a need for a service that allows our customers to better anticipate and control their expenses when trying to determine if a roof has sustained wind and/or hail damage. To make this request a reality, Donan offers a $750 flat-fee service for all residential asphalt shingle roofing investigations.

Our flat-fee program is designed to provide the same quality roofing investigation service Donan has always been known for in a format that streamlines the process to help control costs and improve the speed of delivery.

Highlights of the flat-fee residential roofing service include:

• Complimentary EagleView™ measurement report (when available) showing high resolution images and diagrams of roof length, pitch, and area. Sample EagleView™ measurement report
• Up to 12 captioned photos to document the loss location.
• Additional inspection of any outbuildings such as storage sheds or unattached garages with no restrictions on building size.
• One hour of travel from our closest billing point. Any additional travel time beyond the allotted hour is invoiced at our standard travel and mileage rates. Donan Engineering Rate Sheet
• All one and two story single family dwellings with an asphalt shingle roof qualify regardless of houses size or the slopes of the roof.
• Reliable turnaround time on reports.

Exclusions may apply:

Contractor or attorney involvement may, at Donan’s discretion, result in the cancellation of flat fee. If this occurs, the Donan professional will confirm this with the client during a verbal report following the site visit and before any additional charges have occurred.

Condominium and/or apartment buildings do not qualify for flat-fee pricing. Donan will discuss flat-fee arrangements on a case-by-case basis for these types of scenarios.
