Even though asphalt shingles are the most commonly used material on residential roofs in the United States, Donan's experience and expertise extend to residential slate, cement and clay tiles, cedar shake and shingle, metal - virtually any material that is used on a residence.  Donan's roofing specialists are familiar with issues such as, weight and slope of tile roofs, battens and flashing, water-proofing for wooden materials, gasket seals for metal roofs, and the unique nature of flat roofs, which are not truly flat.

As with our asphalt shingle investigations, Donan does not bid to replace or repair damaged roofs, so our assessments are independent and unbiased.  Our professional engineers can also provide expert testimony in a court of law.
